Our terms are relatively simple and free of legal jargon: 

We will enroll you in the commission sales programs offered by each merchant in your shopping section.  You must agree to abide by the terms of each of these individual merchant programs.  Although there are occasional differences in the language of these programs most of the key components are the same:

• You may not SPAM.  If you spam you will be immediately removed from the program and all commissions accrued will be forfeited.
• The merchants are basically not responsible for anything including, but not limited to, sales tracking errors, their web site being down or anything else you can think of. 
• They can discontinue their commission sales program at any time.     

We make every effort to ensure that the merchant programs we list are quality merchants, but since we do not control any aspect of the merchant programs we accept no responsibility or liability for anything they do. 

Furthermore, we are not liable for anything related to our provision of service to you or your use of any aspect of our service.  If we can't disclaim total liability we are liable to the very least amount allowed by law.

You are responsible for keeping your information such as contact information and mailing address up to date with the merchants.  You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date with us.

This agreement is deemed to have been offered and accepted in Los Angeles, California and any legal action that may arise from your use of this service must be brought and filed in Los Angeles County.
